Meet your Coach

I’m Albert, a former product management leader who has spent years making decisions under real constraints: ambiguous roles, limited time, competing priorities, and the daily reality of raising a family. I’ve coached professionals across career transitions, parenthood, and high-pressure roles who needed progress, not more advice.

I don’t teach productivity as optimization or control. I teach it as agency and judgment - choosing what matters, committing to it, and learning through execution.

This program is part of Alacrity, a project I co-founded to bridge the gap between school and real life by teaching the practical skills most people are never taught. Together, David (my co-founder) and I give you the tools and guidance to take steps towards a future you’re excited about.
