  • Practical tools designed to support your judgment, not replace it, so you can apply what you learn immediately.

  • Extra support when tradeoffs get real or momentum stalls. Many participants continue with ongoing coaching to keep building sustainable progress.

Meet your Coach

I’m Albert, a former product management leader who has spent years making decisions under real constraints: ambiguous roles, limited time, competing priorities, and the daily reality of life outside work. I’ve coached professionals across career transitions, parenthood, and high-pressure roles who needed progress, not more advice.

I don’t teach productivity as optimization. I teach it as agency and judgment - choosing what matters, committing to it, and learning through execution. This program gives you practical tools, structured reflection, and accountability to take deliberate action every day, so you’re leading your time instead of letting it lead you.

This program is part of Alacrity, a project I co-founded to bridge the gap between school and real life by teaching practical skills most people aren’t taught. Together with my co-founder, we help ambitious professionals build systems, clarify priorities, and move forward confidently in work and life.
