I'm Albert. Former product management leader, now a coach for early-career professionals who are doing everything right, and still feel like they're falling behind everywhere else.
I've coached professionals through high-pressure roles, career transitions, and the messiness of real life outside work. I don't teach productivity as optimization. I teach it as agency - choosing what matters and actually following through.
